It provides a electrial solution that if you have a US vehicle with 7 way blade, and you want to hook up a European trailer, with a 13-way Round Pin. If your vehicle has a USA standard 7-Pole RV Blade Socket, and your European trailer has the 13 pin round plug, where your US car need to separate the stop and turn signals, this Trailer Wiring Connector will need to be use.
