Limelight Mobile Bar Hire
‘Where can I hire a mobile bar near me for my event?’ you may be asking – Limelight offer a fully customisable mobile bar rental service, for use at private events, weddings, functions or corporate events. We currently offer a choice of different coloured options including white, black, mirrored or even a wooden rustic bar which may be suitable for rustic weddings or tiki parties!
Whether the event is on private land, a garden, a marquee or at a venue without it’s own bar, the Limelight bar is versatile and can be packed down and transported easily. Short on space? No worries, Limelight offer a short bar for smaller areas. For larger events and venues, Limelight can provide a full U-shaped bar, back bar and staff. Our bars are stainless steel topped, polished frequently and cared for!
Each event includes a consultation in which all requirements can be noted, any specific drinks can be ordered in advance to offer a customisable service. Please contact us requesting a menu in order to see our set menu of drinks to include cocktails, spirits, wines, beers & soft drinks.
Bar options available:
Cash Bars (guests pay for their drinks via cash or card payments)
Open bars (client puts a set amount behind the bar)
Token Bars (guests exchange pre paid tokens for drinks)

Our friendly & professional staff are always happy to accommodate clients & guests, there will be a personal license holder present and managing at all events, and a TENS license will be applied for where necessary. Electrical items are PAT tested and Limelight hold public liability insurance.
Covid-19: Limelight have implemented extra guidelines in line with Covid-19 – Hand sanitiser will be used regularly by staff (and be available to guests), face shields or masks shall be worn, and additional cleaning & sanitising procedures will be implemented.
